Women on Weights (WOW) I & II
Female members age 18 & older

Weight training offers incredible benefits for a woman's muscular and skeletal development. But many women simply don't know where to start.

W.O.W is an introductory group weight training session led by our personal trainers. For ladies ready for a higher level of weight training, we now offer W.O.W. II (advanced level). See the details! More...

Personal Training
Members ages 14 and up

Not sure where to start? Would you like to take your workout to the next level? Looking for motivation?

Our nationally certified personal trainers will help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you are trying to lose weight, put on some muscle or are interested in new training ideas for current workouts, our trainers will provide a specialized program for you. Get expert advice and great motivation!

We also offer Tandem Personal Training, a great opportunity for friends and family to work together with a personal trainer. Sessions are limited to two participants.

Get Active Orientation
Ages 14 and up

Basic introduction to strength, candiovascular and flexibility training. This program teaches individuals how to safely and effectively operate all cardiovascular and strength equipment.

Grow your game, improve your technique and learn new skills in these free, monthly racquetball clinics. Each month centers around a different skill or theme and is taught by seasoned players.
