Do you know someone battling cancer? LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a 12-week program that provides hope to cancer survivors. It’s about giving survivors the opportunity to fight the disease through health and fitness outside of a medical setting. The best part? This program is free to participants.

Our nationally certified personal trainers will help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you are trying to lose weight, put on some muscle or are interested in new training ideas for current workouts, our trainers will provide a specialized program for you. Get expert advice and great motivation!
We also offer Tandem Personal Training, a great opportunity for friends and family to work together with a personal trainer. Sessions are limited to two participants.
